Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge. Gastronomy has slowly become one of the most sought-after experiences in Arctic Norway. At our restaurant we provide fresh, authentic, and innovative dishes. We offer our guests a multi-sensory culinary experience, inspired by our region’s unique local flair. In our kitchen we work to support the Farm-to-Table movement where we can by choosing locally sourced foods.
